I specialize in Brow & Brazilian wax, full body waxing, and customizing facial treatments that are tailored to your skin concerns and needs. If you have concerns, please contact the studio within 48 hours so we can review and offer an adjustment if appropriate. Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment. Results are not guaranteed and depend on proper home care, skin history, and following post-treatment instructions. RETAIL PRODUCTS Retail may be returned within 7 days if unopened and unused. Approved returns are issued as studio credit only. We cannot accept returns on opened/used products, clearance items, or sanitation-sensitive products. ALLERGIC REACTIONS & SENSITIVITIES Refunds are not provided for reactions when contraindications were not disclosed, patch tests were declined, or aftercare was not followed. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full value of the service(s) booked or loss of a purchased gift certificate in the amount of the booked services. A credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment spot. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service(s) amount.
